I am a devoted bay area pedestrian that even enjoys the odd years. I write freelance for a number of publications and my interests range from political theory and current events, literary studies, architecture, marvel comics, and of course, sports. I have a dog named Alice who takes herself too seriously at times, and together we wander the streets of Portland. I am from San Francisco, but I have bounced around the world to a number of locations, and I currently teach at Portland State University as an adjunct professor of English and assistant to the Art History department.
