Jackson was one of the most explosive playmakers coming out of college in the 2008 draft. He was drafted in the second round with the 49th overall pick of the draft by the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jackson’s 2009 season put him among the league’s elite. He had 62 receptions for 1,156 yards and nine touchdowns. On the ground, he had 11 carries for 137 yards and one touchdown. As a returner, Jackson led the league in punt return average with 15.2 yards per return and in punt return touchdowns with two. Jackson was a true triple threat and could score from anywhere on the field. He was named to the NFL’s All-Pro team and to the Pro Bowl as a wide receiver and a returner, the first time a player had be named as a starter to two different positions.

In 2010, Jackson had another solid season with 47 receptions for 1,056 yards and six touchdowns. He had another 104 yards and one touchdown on the ground. He also had another punt return for a touchdown. He was named to his second straight Pro Bowl team.

His numbers have regressed over the last couple of seasons, which lead to his low ranking on the list. He has just six total touchdowns over the last two seasons, as he has failed to match his playmaking over his first three season. Jackson has also been a headache off the field as he has disputed his contract for the last two offseasons before receiving a five-year, $51 million dollar deal before the 2012 season.
