My name is Neil, and I've been a Giants fan since birth in 1989. I was born into a baseball family where my parents were season ticket holders at Candlestick Park for years where I spent a lot of my childhood, and got a huge portion of my very first childhood memories from. I've played baseball (and now softball) my entire life. I've always been on winning teams from little league to Babe Ruth to high school. Almost all of those teams being championship winners. I was lucky to be on a high school baseball team that won the State Championship all four years I was there, which helped to open the door for me to play one year of college ball before I started having to work full time, then went on to playing softball (where I met the love of my life), started writing my own personal blog, then I "got discovered" and now I write about the Giants for Golden Gate Sports and Around the Foghorn.
