With the 2025 NFL Draft officially in the books, the San Francisco 49ers are working on putting their undrafted free agent class and rookie minicamp invite/tryouts. On Sunday, San Francisco announced the six rookies who will be part of their UDFA class and are trying to compete for a spot on the 53-man roster.
Nebraska wide receiver Isaiah Neyor, BYU cornerback Jakob Robinson, Mississippi State linebacker Stone Blanton, Colorado State offensive lineman Drew Moss, Washington defensive lineman Sebastian Valdez, and Cincinnati running back Corey Kiner agreed to UDFA deals with the 49ers.

Among the undrafted free agents the 49ers signed, Jakob Robinson and Isaiah Neyor stand out immediately as guys who could make a push for the 53-man roster.
Neyor, the former Nebraska Cornhusker, is 6-foot-4, 218 pounds, and ranked as the 10th-best split WR in Football Gameplan Emory Hunt’s 2025 draft guide. The 6-foot-4 wide out has good body control, athleticism, and strong hands, which help him go up and make catches. He also knows how to get open with his solid route running.
Neyor spent six years playing college football, starting at Wyoming (2019-2021), took his talents to the University of Texas (2022-2023), and finally last season at Nebraska.
Last season with the Cornhuskers, Neyor had 34 receptions for 455 yards and five touchdowns. He also participated in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl and the NFL Scouting Combine, where he ran a 4.4 40-yard dash.
As for Robinson, he started his collegiate career at Utah State (2020-21) before spending the next four years at BYU. The 5-foot-11, 181-pound cornerback was named All-Big 12 Second Team this past season by the Big 12 coaches.
In 2023, he was also a Jim Thorpe Award semifinalist, which goes to the best defensive back in the country. Last season, Robinson had 43 total tackles, eight pass deflections, five tackles for loss, five pass breakups, three interceptions, and a forced fumble.
Robison ended his BYU career with 11 interceptions, which was good for second in BYU school history since 2000. The 49ers could use a playmaking cornerback after losing a couple of guys in free agency.
Nonetheless, we’ll see if these UDFAs will make the 53-man roster or practice squad in the coming months.
