1. Deja vu between the Seahawks and the 49ers to wrap up the 2020 season

This has to be the most important game on the 49ers schedule. It’s not only the final game of the 2020 season, but it’s also the second and final game between these two rivals which will ultimately determine who wins the NFC West.

The final game of 2019 was an absolute thriller, with the Niners winning it by inches on their goal line when the defence made a huge stop.

We know the Seahawks have this game highlighted on their calendar and so does every fan between the two teams. The ‘Hawks’ will look to seek revenge on the 49ers, and depending on how the season shakes up, the 49ers will need to play their best football of the year.

Seattle could be a team impacted by the lack of fans in stands. Even though this game will be in Santa Clara, Seahawks fans travel well especially when it’s against San Francisco and with playoff seeding on the line.

Lead by quarterback Russell Wilson and head coach Pete Carroll, Seattle is once again a Super Bowl contender.

This week 17 matchup wraps up a gruelling schedule for the 49ers. It was listed as the fourth toughest in the NFL. They’ll have to prove 2019 wasn’t a fluke and they are a legit contender.

The 49ers have had a lot of changes this offseason and many believe they are destined for the Super Bowl.

But a stretch of games just before their bye-week which includes New England, Green Bay, New Orleans and Seattle will determine if this team is a contender or pretender.
