Raiders: Ranking all 8 undrafted free agent signings
By Nico Di Fede
The Las Vegas Raiders signed quite a few interesting undrafted free agents this year.
The Las Vegas Raiders stayed busy post-draft. Head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock hit the phones and starting right away with trying to convince some of the top talent left in the undrafted pool to come to the silver and black.
Last season the Raiders had some success with their undrafted free agent class, with eight out of 10 still on the roster.
Andre James, Keisean Nixon, and Lester Cotton being the potential starters or depth-pieces down the line. That’s not to mention fullback Alec Ingold who looks to be the starter for the foreseeable future.
Fast-forwarding to now, a total of eight undrafted free agents have been signed this year, so I’ll be ranking each one on a blend of how talented they are, along with their chances to make the team due to other reasons (like the position they play and the depth on the roster).
We’ll start off with a player that could become a perfect fit for the Las Vegas Raiders in Javin White. Oakland raised, but a Las Vegas resident for the past five years at UNLV.
