2. January 13th vs. Orlando Magic

Right in the center of their midseason struggles, the Sacramento Kings looked to pick up a win versus the struggling Orlando Magic.

The big story of the night was veteran Nemanja Bjelica scoring 34 points and seven rebounds to lead the Kings, which overshadowed De’Aaron Fox’s impressive night. The pair combined for 65 points with Fox chipping in 31 beside Bjelica.

On his way to scoring 31 points, Fox put on a display offensively with some great shooting numbers. The guard shot 12-for-18 from the floor, including 2-for-3 from behind the arc. Also hitting a perfect 5-for-5 from the free-throw stripe, everything was flowing smoothly offensively.

Fox nearly put up a triple-double as well, finishing the game with a tremendous 10 assists and eight rebounds to go along with his 31 points. Also adding a block and a steal each, the 22-year-old was showing off everything in his arsenal on the night.

Sacramento went on to lose the game in heartbreaking fashion as the game finished with a 114-112 win for the Magic. Despite the defeat, it was an exhilarating game from both Fox and Bjelica, who put on a show.
