The Las Vegas Raiders could look to select a quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft. Here are three players the team could possibly take in this year’s draft.
The Las Vegas Raiders will have plenty of holes to fill in this year’s 2020 NFL Draft. Positions like wide receiver and linebacker are obvious issues and the team is expected to do everything they can to address those needs.
However, one position that remains an enigma is the quarterback position.
Derek Carr is still the guy under center at the moment, but the writing has been on the wall for quite some time that the Raiders could look to move on.
From reports of the team “actively shopping” him at the NFL Combine to dubious comments made by general manager Mike Mayock, the organization doesn’t seem sold on him as their quarterback going forward.
For now, Derek Carr is the Raiders’ quarterback. And he will hold down that role — until he doesn’t.
Perhaps his replacement could be selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. If the Raiders do opt to go that route, here are three players who could be on their radar.
