Raiders: Top 4 wide receivers to target in free agency
By Allen Settle
4. Breshad Perriman
Breshad Perriman should be considered more of a flyer than a piece the team relies on. The former first-round pick was largely considered to be a bust during his first few seasons.
While he will never likely live up to the high expectations surrounding his draft status, he was able to post a career-high 645 yards and six touchdowns as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2019.
He could be a worthwhile project that the Raiders could land at a low price.
The Cost
Perriman played last season under a one-year, $4 million contract. He, like Cobb, will likely be seeking a modest pay raise. However, the Raiders could probably land him on a short, modest, contract.
