The San Francisco 49ers are set to take on the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game this Sunday. Here are three keys to victory in this monumental matchup.

The San Francisco 49ers are set for the franchise’s biggest showdown in years as they will host the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game this Sunday.

The 49ers are fresh off a statement 27-10 victory over the Minnesota Vikings last week that saw the team handily defeat their opponents. With an extra week to get healthy, the Niners were able to take advantage of their returning players and come away with a victory.

And now, the 49ers look to be playing some of their best football of the season.

Meanwhile, the Packers were able to squeak by the Seattle Seahawks last week and keep their season alive. Green Bay will be looking to see their first taste of Super Bowl action since the 2010 season, but they will have no easy task ahead of them.

That said, the 49ers certainly can’t take this Packers team lightly. Despite the 37-8 thrashing they handed them earlier in the year, the Packers are still a dangerous team led by the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams, and Aaron Jones on offense.

At the same time, their defense has improved dramatically with players like Jaire Alexander, Kenny Clark, and Za’Darius Smith coming into their own.

If the 49ers are to emerge victorious on Sunday, here are three things they must accomplish.
