Derek Carr’s future with the Oakland Raiders is uncertain as the team prepares for their move to Las Vegas. Here are three replacements for the quarterback.

The 2019 offseason features one of the biggest transitions in the history of the Oakland Raiders franchise — a move to Las Vegas, Nevada.

The move will likely result in a long-term home for a team that has done its fair share of relocating. While the move does represent a new opportunity for the franchise, it also marks a sad end of an era for fans in the Bay Area.

While the move to Vegas is officially set in stone, there are a number of other changes that may also be made before the 2020 season kicks off. Head coach John Gruden has given the team a blank slate as they attempt to rebuild their roster into a contending team.

While the Raiders have no shortage of assets they do have one pressing question at the top of their list. Will Derek Carr be their starting quarterback in Las Vegas?

There have already been reports that the team could look to make a change at the quarterback position before their big move. While Carr has performed admirably at times, he has also failed to establish himself as a franchise-caliber starter.

The lack of overall team success, coupled with the fact that Carr was not selected by the current team of coaches and management, further fuel speculation that the Raiders may seriously consider parting ways with their former second-round pick.

Here are a few players that the team could target via the draft, free agency, and trade market, to upgrade as they move to Las Vegas.
