2020 marks the end of a decade. Let’s look back on the past 10 years and reflect on which players been the best Oakland Raiders of the 2010s.

Outside of the 2016 season, the Oakland Raiders have had maybe the worse past decade in the NFL.

With seven different head coaches, while going 62-157, the Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are really the only teams you could argue have maybe been worse.

The team changed forever when Al Davis, who was pretty much the Raiders, passed away at the beginning of the decade back in 2011.

That 2011 season where the team went 8-8 was the best of the 2010s besides the 2016 playoff season which is a rather depressing thing to think about.

Despite that, the team has had some talent, maybe not as much as other teams evidenced by all the losing seasons, but the Raiders have definitely had some bright spots during the past 10 years.

With that being said, let’s reflect and go over the Oakland Raiders All-Decade team for the 2010s.
