Even with plenty of cap space to spend this offseason, the Oakland Raiders will likely target a number of underrated options during 2019 NFL free agency.

After how their 2018 season unfolded, the Oakland Raiders clearly have their work cut out for them this offseason. The fun all starts during 2019 NFL free agency, when the team will be looking to make improvements throughout the roster as Jon Gruden’s plan is implemented.

Luckily for the Raiders, they have more than enough cap space to get the job done.

At this moment, Spotrac.com has them with just under $70 million in cap space to work with in 2019. Expect a few cap casualties to provide Gruden and Mike Mayock with even more breathing room.

While that may be, I want to focus on underrated, cheaper talent the Raiders can use to fill out their depleted roster when March 13 rolls around. These players may not be superstars, but they’re more than capable of contributing quality snaps for just about any NFL club.
