It’s not going to be easy for the Oakland Raiders to decide which of their 2019 pending free agents should be re-signed. These five should definitely be brought back.

Right now, the Oakland Raiders have more than 30 pending free agents they need to make decisions on in the coming months. Jon Gruden will have his hands full determining who should be a part of his massive rebuild, and who should be shown the door.

Although we obviously have no idea what’s going on in his mind (and may not want to), that doesn’t mean we can’t speculate on the direction he’ll go with this roster in 2019. That’s why, today, we’re going to take a look at a few pending free agents who should be re-signed this upcoming offseason.

Now there’s no guarantee they’ll even want to stay. A couple of them could price themselves out a contract with the Raiders, who will be looking to spend wisely come March. However, if the opportunity presents itself, you better believe it would be in the team’s best interests to keep every one of these five talents in Oakland (or San Antonio, or London, or San Francisco).

In the end, though, it all comes down to Gruden’s master plan. Whoever doesn’t fit into it will surely be sent packing, meaning we could see another offseason mass exodus.

Either way, let’s worry about who should stay for the time being. With that in mind, the following are five Raiders I believe should be re-signed this offseason.
