San Francisco 49ers: Three most important offseason additions
The San Francisco 49ers had an extremely eventful offseason. Beginning with the signing of Richard Sherman at the start of free agency, all the way until the draft, the team improved at numerous positions.
The San Francisco 49ers’ most recent season was a strange one. It began with the team being among the worst in the league, starting the season with an 0-9 record, but ended with the team winning five straight games after trading for now franchise quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo.

This sudden surge to end the season left a good taste in the mouth of the NFL world, leading many to believe the 49ers will be one of the most improved team in the league in 2018. The expectations are fairly lofty going forward.
Because of these new found expectations the team is now burdened with, it was important that they had a great offseason. If they wanted to become the team they have the potential to be, they had to improve their roster greatly.
Coming into this offseason, they had weaknesses just about everywhere on the roster. Most of these spots were improved upon in some capacity, leaving the chance that the 49ers become the most improved team of 2018 very high.
It is true that the team improved in many aspects, but which player acquisitions will prove to be the most impactful next season?
This is a hard question to answer, as there are more than just three players that will have a great impact on the team’s success next year.
But when we look back a year from now, these three players are who have a very good chance of being the most important players added in this offseason.
