Oakland Raiders: Three most important offseason additions
The Oakland Raiders have made plenty of moves this offseason, but which will prove to be the most important?
The Oakland Raiders have had an interesting off season, to say the least. The hiring of head coach, Jon Gruden, has put the team in a unique position.
Any head coaching change will cause some upheaval, but when the coach that comes in is given as much power and say in decisions as Jon Gruden has been given, the franchise is automatically put in a state of even more exaggerated flux.

As we all know by now, Gruden has made it clear that he plans to completely change how the Oakland Raiders play football. He wants to “take the game back to the 90s” and play a more smash mouth approach to the game.
This has caused some to worry that maybe Gruden’s approach to coaching has becoming outdated after being out of the game for over a decade.
Perhaps this will be prove to be the case, we do not yet know. What we do know is that the moves the team made in the offseason will be vital to the success of this approach.
The team has made moves to not only prepare for their new style of play, but to also just fix previously held roster ailments. Regardless of which category they fall under, many of the team’s offseason additions will pay dividends come the start of the season.
But which moves will prove to be the most impactful to the success of the team in the 2018-2019 season?
