AUBURN HILLS, MI – DECEMBER 28: Jabari Parker /

Milwaukee Bucks per Kris Middleton + Jabari Parker + First Pick 2019.

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for another star to mix with Giannis Antetokounmpo. The front office tried to get a deal done with the Cleveland Cavaliers for Kyrie Irving, but they preferred the Boston Celtics offer.

Everybody knows the Bucks are ready to trade any player — except for Antetokounmpo — an effort to improve their roster. And the idea of getting Thompson would be great, especially if you consider the young core composed by Malcolm Brogdon and Thon Maker to complete the team.

Golden State in this trade would need to makee a strong decision, getting Kris Middleton (his contract is “just” $13 million till 2020) and Jabari Parker, eternal promise with a ton of injuries. And Parker would be the balance of this trade — with his contract expiring in 2019 and a history of injuries, his extension might not require max moneyl.

A deal for Parker might allow the Warriors to put themselves same situation they had with Curry in 2013, when he signed a limited contract because of his injury problems.

To complete the trade, GM Bob Myers could ask also for a pick as sort of “insurance” on Jabari Parker physical conditions.

If Milwaukee really wants to get an All-Star caliber player, they should renounce to some assets and take some risks.
