2007: Boston Red Sox

The bench for this Red Sox squad offers a couple of familiar faces to A’s fans. Eric Hinske passed through Oakland during Beane’s tenure and made his way to Boston after Oakland traded him to the Blue Jays in 2001. Meanwhile, Bobby Kielty signed with the Red Sox after Beane cut him loose in 2007.
