The long MLB offseason is nearly over, with pitchers and catchers set to report in under three weeks. The tedious monotony of the Winter takes it toll on the fans, but the moving and shaking of free agency and a wild trade market can ease that pain.

Every team made their share of moves over the cold months to keep the stove hot, but some teams did better than others. Contenders remained contenders with big moves, floundering teams put themselves on the map with their own moves, and other teams fell flat on their face.

With just about every big name player signed, sealed, and delivered, now is a good time to hand out grades for the offseason.
