Defensive Tackle – Chester McGlockton
The late Chester McGlockton played just five seasons with the Raiders after they took him out of Clemson in the first round (sixteenth overall) of the 1992 draft. But in those five seasons, he had a tremendous impact.
McGlockton was a force in the middle of the Raiders’ defensive line. He amassed 304 tackles and 39.5 sacks – good for fifth place on the team’s career sack list. He even managed to intercept a pass.
McGlockton earned four trips to the Pro Bowl while with the Raiders and was a three time All Pro selection.
He passed away in 2011 at the age of 42 due to complications from an enlarged heart.
