Every summer is a weird time of year for basketball fans. The weather is beautiful, the beaches are packed, and the sleeves are short. Sounds like a pretty great time of year right? There is, however, one thing missing — we don’t have any basketball to enjoy outside of our local pick-up games down at the gym.

The Golden State Warriors are likely enjoying their much deserved time off. Fresh off a virtually flawless season that ended in an NBA championship, for the players, this is a time to recover and reset for another grueling season. This time, the Warriors will have the very difficult task of defending their title — something that has only been done twice in the last ten years.

But we now sit less than two and a half months away from the start of the 2015-2016 season, and it is time to start thinking of ways that the Warriors can improve. For the Warriors to successfully defend their title, here the top five players who need to make big improvements in their game.
