Ring Night
The Warriors will open their 2015-2016 season at home as all defending champs do. This home opener will be different than any other, however. It marks the day that the Warriors receive their championship rings — a final recognition of the overwhelming success that they saw last season before the grind begins again.

On October 27th, the New Orleans Pelicans visit Oracle Arena for Golden State’s home opener. Not only is this special because the Warriors will receive their well deserved hardware, but it is also a rematch with the opponent they swept in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
If that isn’t enough for you, this game will also be the first meeting between Pelicans new head coach, Alvin Gentry, and the team he helped lead to a title the year before as an assistant coach.
This one should not be missed.
