The San Francisco 49ers’ schedule was released in late April, and analysts across the board have already talked about the toll all the offseason departures will take on the team this year.

Now that free agents have been signed, the draft picks have been selected, and the team has begun voluntary workouts, it’s time to look ahead to the actual games themselves.

For the 49ers, 2015 could easily go either way. They could just as easily go 10-6 as 6-10. No one knows what kind of team new head coach Jim Tomsula will put out on the field come September. Or what sort of head coach Tomsula will actually make.

There are definitely some winnable games, no matter who ends up taking on new roles in the ghost town of a defense.

That being said, there are also some games where the Niners will be massive underdogs and will need a monster game from the newly retooled offense.

Here are some of the toughest contests looming on the horizon for San Francisco.
