The San Francisco Giants have a 3-7 record, which is currently last in the National League West. The Giants’ 2015 season has certainly gotten off to a rocky start, as they’ve had to deal with several injuries to key players. The Giants have to find a way to overcome adversity. Good news for the Giants though is that they have plenty of time to recover.
In this week’s Giants Mailbag, we will discuss the various injuries that Giants players have suffered so far, if the Giants and their fans will reach a point where they miss Pablo Sandoval, and Madison Bumgarner‘s workload at the beginning of this season.
This is the 13th edition of the Giants Mailbag. These weekly posts consist of three Giants-related questions submitted to me by fans over Twitter. I choose the best questions and provide my answers.
In last week’s Giants Mailbag post, I answered questions about expectations for Tim Lincecum in 2015, the lack of power from the left field “platoon,” and how the offense will be different with Nori Aoki as the leadoff hitter.
Thank you to the fans that submitted questions this week. Let’s get the 13th edition of the Giants Mailbag started.
