Tony Sparano: Pros and Cons

Not only do the Oakland Raiders have draft picks to worry about this offseason, they also have to decide to what to do with interim head coach Tony Sparano. Coach Sparano took over as the Raiders’ head coach in Week Five following the firing of  of  Dennis Allen on September 30th, 2014. After Sparano took over, the Raiders went 3-9 with some overall improvement, but still had embarrassing losses to teams that most consider easy wins. There were at least five games that the Raiders realistically could have won under Sparano, but could not surmount a comeback or maintain a lead.

With that said, it’s time take a look at the pros and cons of keeping Sparano as a long-term head coach.
