The most recent updates on Matt Cain and Angel Pagan came at the very beginning of the offseason, but we haven’t received any updates since then.

Bruce Bochy met with local media a week or so after the Giants won the World Series, and he said that Cain is doing well and they expect him to be back fully healthy for spring training. We’ll obviously know more as we get closer to spring training.

The same can be said for Pagan, who Bochy said is feeling really great, is progressing quickly, and also should be ready for spring training. It seems as if Pagan should be at full strength at the beginning of spring training, which is great news.
