Kevin Love has reportedly made it clear to his agent that he wants to play with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers this season, which is huge news considering how long the superstar power forward’s trade rumors have dragged out this offseason. Although Love may not be finding his way to the Golden State Warriors, it may still come as a relief to many that the Love saga may be coming to a close fairly soon.

Reporter Sam Amico for FOX Sports Ohio broke the story:

"Multiple league sources told FOX Sports Ohio on Friday they are under the impression Love has relayed his desire for a trade to Cleveland to his agent. Love is represented by Jeff Schwartz. Sources could not say for certain whether Love or Schwartz have made a formal trade request to the Timberwolves. Most believe if such a request is made, the Cavs will be able to obtain Love at a considerably cheaper cost than what is being discussed by the teams. ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith earlier reported Love is making teams aware he only wants to be traded to Cleveland."

But before diving into how this affects the Warriors, let’s first take a brief exploration into how this affects all other teams involved.
