On Tuesday I wrote an article on the five best draft picks of the last decade. Now it’s time for the opposite side of the coin. The 49ers’ seasons ranged from floating around mediocrity to down right awful for about a decade. A large part of this was from shoddy drafting from inept coaching staffs. It wasn’t a fun time for 49ers’ fans, and this probably won’t be a fun list either.
