Danario Alexander (6-foot-5, 217) is another injury-prone receiver that has all the tools to be great. He is big and fast, and just what the 49ers need. Like Austin and Rice, Alexander has starter talent, but he just can’t seem to stay on the field. Alexander has had multiple knee injuries that keep him off the field. If he could just stay healthy, he’d be the perfect fit for what the 49ers need. He has the speed to take the top of the defense, and has the size to attack the middle. Unfortunately he can’t stay healthy, and his football playing days could be coming to an end soon.
