2013 Numbers: 3.15 ERA, 1.067 WHIP, 5-0, 67 G, 60 IP, 52 K, 119 ERA+, 0.8 WAR
Does he get a tender? Probably

Jerry Blevins played a key role in the bullpen as a lefty who could do more than get lefties out; in fact, right-handed hitters fared worse against Blevins than the left-handed hitters did. Blevins held righty swingers to a .190/.267/.314 line and two home runs in 138 plate appearances; against left-handed hitters, Blevins was touched for a .253/.299/.442 clip and five homers in just 107 plate appearances. In any event, he was a valuable piece in middle relief and setup roles and will likely be back in green and gold in 2014.
