Tyrus who? Exactly. Thomas was once the number No. 4 overall pick in the 2006 NBA draft, and the Charlotte Bobcats thought he had the potential to be their franchise player. They signed Thomas to a five year, $40 million contract in 2010, and he is now making over $8 million a year to ride the bench.

Michael Jordan was one of the greatest players to ever step on the court, but as the Thomas contract shows, he needs to hire a true GM and enjoy his life as an owner.
