MLB: Which Teams Will Finish in the Cellar This Season?

To say the Padres are off to a good start would almost be as bad as the season the Padres are having itself.
As of the writing of this article, they currently have a 2-9 record, with their two wins coming against the Mets and the Dodgers.
Their record so far isn’t why I picked them to finish last. I picked them to finish last because they did very little to improve over the offseason.
Yes, the Padres were plagued with injuries last year, but I think some changes (or at least a couple of key acquisitions) should have been made.
