How was that for a game? For some of us, this is the first time we have seen the Dubs in action since the end of the 2011-2012 season. Seems like a long time, right? But fear not, NBA Fans, Warriors and NBA basketball is returning in less than 10 days! As excited as we are, the Warriors still had a ‘boring pre-season’ game.

The Warriors Live Blog against Phoenix is a special that we will be introducing. You well see a lot of that. It’s like a box score. Any time you need action, come to us!

Now, lets get to the real stuff. At the beginning of the pre-season, many were worried about Jarett Jack’s play. He has more than outdone himself in these last couple of games. He became a facilitator and scorer, just as Bob Myers had hoped. Jarett Jack had 13 points and 9 assists, nearly a double-double. Harrison Barnes added 16 points and 6 rebounds, while Lee had 5 rebounds. Sharpshooter sophomore Klay Thompson had 12 points on 5-10 shooting. Not bad, all around.

Is this foreshadowing, and the Warriors proving to everyone that they can take teams? The Warriors may have beaten the Suns in the opener, but be aware it is an away game. We’ll have to see how things play out.
