The San Francisco 49ers welcome the Philadelphia Eagles to Levi’s Stadium, looking to win for the first time in their new home. Coming off two disheartening losses in a row, the unbeaten Eagles will provide the 49ers with a big test to get back on track.

Philadelphia plays an up-tempo brand of offense, and the 49ers must find a way to keep up with all of Philly’s big weapons. The 49ers struggled against the Chicago Bears, another team with many weapons that couldn’t be contained, and the Arizona Cardinals, who were playing with a quarterback in Drew Stanton, who was starting only his second game since 2010.

San Francisco is playing ugly football right now. Penalties have absolutely killed this team, and are one huge area that they need to fix soon. The 49ers have been unable to get any rhythm on offense or defense because of the continual pauses caused by the yellow flags.

For the 49ers, this is as close to a team can get to a must-win situation in week four. There are many matchups to keep up an eye on, but here’s some of the most important.
