All-Star Weekend is behind us and for the two members of the Golden State Warriors who participated, that couldn’t have happened soon enough.

The Warrior contingent of Stephen Curry (Shooting Stars, 3-Point Contest, All-Star Game) and Harrison Barnes (Rising Stars Challenge, layup … ahem … Dunk Contest) did not have an easy time in the Big Easy.

The action began Friday night as Barnes took the floor for Team Hill in the Rising Stars Challenge and while he scored 16 points on 5-of-12 shooting and had three rebounds, three assists and two steals, Barnes still couldn’t find his shooting touch in a game that featured a lot of open looks and very little defense. He missed six of his first seven shots on the night as his inconsistent first half continued into this game featuring rookies and second-year players.
