The roster pool has been set for the Rising Stars Challenge at NBA All-Star Weekend, with Golden State Warriors second-year forward Harrison Barnes among the players selected.

Sacramento Kings rookie Ben McLemore was not chosen, however.

The game, formerly known as the Rookies-Sophomores game, will be contested by teams to be selected by assistant coaches for the All-Star Game. The All-Star coaches are Frank Vogel of the Indiana Pacers from the East and Oklahoma City Thunder coach Scott Brooks for the West.

Other second-year players chosen include: Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards, Anthony Davis of the New Orleans Pelicans, Andre Drummond of the Detroit Pistons, Terrence Jones of the Houston Rockets, Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, Jared Sullinger of the Boston Celtics, Jonas Valanciunas of the Toronto Raptors and Dion Waiters of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Rookies chosen include: Steven Adams of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Pero Antic of the Atlanta Hawks, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, Trey Burke of the Utah Jazz, Michael Carter-Williams of the Philadelphia 76ers, Tim Hardaway Jr. of the New York Knicks, Victor Oladipo of the Orlando Magic, Kelly Olynyk of the Celtics (the only team with two players selected) and Mason Plumlee of the Brooklyn Nets.

The game will be played in New Orleans on Feb. 14.
