San Francisco 49ers Fans Can Own Their Own Piece Of Candlestick Park

The San Francisco 49ers announced Monday they are selling seats from Candlestick Park beginning today.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, seats are available at $749 per pair, with proceeds benefiting the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department youth programs.

Seats can be purchased online at Ticketmaster and by using the promotional code “GO49ERS.”

Seats were offered to season-ticket holders last month at a lower price, but the offer is now being extended to the general public.

On the one hand, it seems like a pretty cool thing to add to a den or man cave, but it’s not like stadium seats are the most comfortable thing in the world to sit in.

But for the 49ers fan on your Christmas list (at least the ones you like to the tune of 750 or so clams), it might be the perfect gift idea.

Word of advice to the single guys, though—don’t put them in the living room if you ever plan on having female company over … unless they’re sports geeks, too, of course.
