Daric Barton, 1B

2013 Salary: $1.1 million
2014 Arbitration Projection: $1.4 million
2013 Numbers: .269/.350/.375, 37G, 120 PA, 3 HR, 16 RBI, 0.4 WAR
Does he get a tender? Not bloody likely

Daric Barton was tendered last winter, received $1.1 million in arbitration and would up being designated for assignment twice in 2013 by the A’s. He’s a redundancy with Brandon Moss being on the roster as a left-handed hitting first baseman, since Moss hits with more pop. It’s unlikely he gets a second crack at arbitration this winter.
