Sacramento Kings Podcast 10/20: The Final Battle for Minutes

In this episode of the Kings’ court podcast, we recap the Kings vs. Suns preseason game. I go over DeMarcus Cousins’ dominant game, and explain how even though this game was just a preseason game, it was good sign of improvement for Boogie Cousins.

Of course, I go over the sharp shooting Jimmer Fredette. I dissect his game and explain why, although he had a great game…he still has a lot to prove.

Then on to the Jimmer and Thornton debate that had Kings fans buzzing. I give my piece on what the difference for both players are, and that each player has to find a way to fix their faults if they want to earn solid minutes through the season.  I explain how the game against the Portland Trail Blazers, is not only going to be a battle for a win, but for some players, a battle to be in the rotation.

I give my three positions to watch for during this game, and which players to really keep a close eye on.

An announcement of a guest will be made on this show, and he will be joining me on my next podcast, which will be on Tuesday, October 22.
