Sacramento Kings Podcast 10/16: Preseason, DeMarcus, and Injuries

In this episode of the Sacramento Kings’ Court Podcast, I recap the the third preseason game over the Los Angeles Clippers.

I talk about DeMarcus Cousins’ monster game but why it should be looked at as a little “too good”. I also look at a few other players game that some may overlook. but really were an impact on the floor.

I let everyone hear the words of head coach Michael Malone in his postgame interview, and  why he was not happy with the team. I then get into the play of Grieves Vasquez; I explain how even though he only played 11 minutes in the gam,e he showed what he brings to the Kings, and reiterate my statement of why he should be the starter for the team going into the regular season.

I then go over another position battle that is just as intriguing to watch as the point guards, and state why I believe this player needs to start.

To close the show I go over the Carl Landry injury, and why I believe it is a bigger blow to the Kings then some may think. With the injuries to Landry and Mbah a Moute, I give a prediction to the minutes some of the players will be playing once the regular season comes around.
