This article is simply a poll article. What is your opinion on this hot debate?

Mark Jackson started Harrison Barnes for the first two preseason games, but then started Klay Thompson when Barnes got injured. Both times that Barnes started, however, Thompson came off the bench, played more minutes, and performed better than a lot of the starters. For example, against the Kings, Thompson was +30.

Barnes was battling injury, but still did not have a great game. Since the Warriors signed Andre Iguodala in the offseason, this has been a hot topic. Many assume that Barnes is going to come off the bench, but this may not be the case. Thompson has been doing that and is looking good as the 6th Man. Mark Jackson may be trying new things, as he shouldn’t break up the Splash Brothers, but if he isn’t, Barnes could fit in with the starters quite nicely.

Right now, the Warriors are 1-3, but they are trying new things in the preseason. This is exactly what they need to do to see who is a better fit. In my opinion, the Warriors should continue to start Thompson because he needs to be starting alongside Stephen Curry. Barnes will come off the bench as the sixth man, and see starter minutes.
