Colin Kaepernick Salutes Johnny Manziel for Kaepernicking

Johnny Manziel made many celebratory gestures while throwing for 464 yards and five touchdowns in a 49-42 loss to the Crimson Tide on Saturday, and one of them was this:

Yep, that’s Johnny Manziel “Kaepernicking.”

What does Colin Kaepernick himself think of it?

However, 49ers’ fans were not so approving of Manziel’s gesture.

“You haven’t earned the right to do that Manziel,” wrote Serafin Valdivia on the 49ers’ Facebook page, where they posted a picture of Manziel “Kaepernicking.”

“He doesn’t even deserve to be mentioned in ANY context with the 49ers or Kaepernick,” Mareva Spitz-Johnson ranted. “He is soooo far up his own a– oh and that interception he just threw that was returned for a TD… yea that’s NOT Niner worthy…”

49ers fans hope to see the real Colin Kaepernick doing his patented maneuver many times Sunday night in Seattle.
