Bay Area Buzz 7/18: Who Starts for the Warriors, Giants Getting Back on Track, Alum's Charity Game for Sharks?

Good morning, folks! How about your daily dose of Bay Area sports news early in the morning!

Golden State Warriors:

Who will be in the starting lineup?

Three players of the puzzle are set. Stephen Curry at point guard,David Lee at power forward, and Andrew Bogut at center are obvious starters. The final two starters are still in question.

With the acquisition of star free agent Andre Iguodala, the Warriorshave three starter-quality players available on the wing. Along with Klay Thompson and Harrison Barnes, the team has the luxury of having one of these three players come off the bench. The apparent question remains: Which of the three players will sit?

San Francisco Giants:

COMMENTARY | There’s no way to sugarcoat it: The San Francisco Giants had a terrible first half of the season. They’ve looked nothing like defending world champions; instead, they’ve looked like a team destined to lose 90-plus games.
