Live Blog: San Jose Sharks vs. Los Angeles Kings Game 6

It’s ‘do or die’ time for the San Jose Sharks who are down 3-2 in the series against their SoCal rivals the Los Angeles Kings.  With the season on the line, San Jose’s big guns will have to show up.  That means Joe Thornton, Patrick Marleau, Joe Pavelski, Logan Couture, Antti Niemi, and Dan Boyle will all need to have great games.

Also, Adam Burish is back in the lineup after suffering a hand injury in the Vancouver series. More about that, plus a full preview of the game, are here.

With the home team having won every game so far, San Jose will look to extend that streak, at least for one more game, to try to get to that seventh game.  If they are successful, it would take place on Tuesday at the Staples Center in L.A.  For now though, it’s one game at a time.

Expect the Sharks to come out fast and physical since they will be at home.  They will no doubt be feeding off the crowd’s energy in this one, especially early, so don’t miss a second.  We’ll be covering it all right here for the live blog!
