NFL Free Agency: Oakland Raiders No Longer Interested in QB Vince Young

After drafting Tyler Wilson, the Oakland Raiders are no longer interested in signing quarterback Vince Young, according to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

The Raiders had shown interest in Young during the heat of the free agency period.

Drafted as the third overall pick in 2006, Young never lived up to the hype that he seemed destined for. After five drama-filled seasons with the Titans, Young was released and picked up by the Eagles.

Young completed 66 passes for 866 yards, four touchdowns, and nine interceptions in six games with Philadelphia in 2011.

He was with the Bills briefly in 2012, but was released before the start of the season and was out of football for the past year.
