The Philadelphia Eagles own the No. 4 overall selection in the draft tomorrow, but they may still be looking to move up.
ProFootballTalk reports that the Eagles are interested in trading up, which is intriguing because the Raiders are one slot ahead of them at No. 3.
Speculation is mounting that the Raiders may be looking to trade down, so if the Eagles are really desperate for a particular player, Oakland should be open to swapping selections for a price.
