The San Francisco 49ers have 13 selections in the NFL Draft that begins tonight, and it is probable that they will not be using all of them. Speculation is that they would like to move up the first round, and with that in mind, the possibilities are endless.
One potential trade partner are the New York Jets, who own the ninth and 13th overall picks. Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports reports that the Jets may be interested in trading down, and the 49ers would be the perfect team to deal with.
Two names that come to mind in that range (picks 9-13) are running back Tavon Austin and defensive tackle Star Lotulelei.
