Denver Columnist Calls Warriors a "Nuisance" and a "Mundane Chore"

The Golden State Warriors may be the sixth seed in the Western Conference, but that doesn’t guarantee them national respect.

Following a frustrating two-point loss to the Nuggets in Game 1, Denver Post columnist Mark Kizla ripped the Warriors in a piece:

Yes, it requires four victories to eliminate the Warriors, ” he wrote. “But this best-of-seven series is over…The Warriors are nothing more than the task at hand, a nuisance, a mundane chore.”

Kizla claims this first round matchup is less about actually playing the Warriors and more about adjusting to playoff basketball to better suit them in later rounds.

Essentially, as he not-so-subtly claims, this series is over and the Warriors might as well as start planning their summer vacations.

Do you agree with Kizla's comments on the Warriors?
