Rumors are swirling that the Raiders are planning to trade down in the draft from No. 3.

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network believes that it “could happen,” but would only be a few spots down.

A team like the Dolphins, who are at No. 12, could be interested in trading up.

In a poll that we conducted, almost 90 percent out of over 470 voters believe the Raiders should trade down.
