The Bengals have brought back free agent running back Bernard Scott on a one-year deal after he flirted with the Raiders, according to Mike Garafolo of USA Today.
Scott met with the Raiders earlier this week.
He played in just two games last season due to a torn ACL, so the Raiders will put him through a series of drills to see how his injury has progressed.
His best season came in 2011 when he recorded 380 yards on 112 carries, and he has spent his entire career with the Bengals after being drafted in the sixth round in 2009.
The Raiders signed Rashad Jennings yesterday, so that might have been an indication that Scott was no longer in their plans.
